BAUMA - more than 3,400 companies present their innovations

Bauma - the most important trade fair for machinery and construction equipment - opens its gates at the beginning of the second decade of April, for one week the experts in the field having the opportunity to test products and solutions presented by over 3,400 exhibiting companies, at the Messe Munich center. The total exhibition area of 605,000 sqm is fully occupied, a total of another 700 firms being on the waiting list for one of the next editions. The innovations presented on this occasion are many, only Caterpillar, for example, announcing the launch of over 60 innovative solutions in this year. Also, visitors will be able to test a number of products which have not been available until now on the European market. One important point of attraction is constituted, like at every such event, by the innovations in engines area, given the more restrictive requirements relating to environmental impact. For the first time, organizers have developed an online system for registration the innovations, which enables companies, regardless of the area of specialization, to present their offers and to connect with the potential business partners. Such a service is especially useful for entrepreneurs who want to identify new business opportunities by expanding in complementary industries or for customers seeking the most appropriate solutions to various problems faced in their activity. Awards that reward the most interesting innovations represent another point of great interest at Bauma 2016. In this year, the prizes are granted for an extensive number of categories - machines, components, construction processes, research and design. The Bavarian fair once again demonstrates its ability to be a real platform for innovation in terms of products, processes and solutions. Efficiency - regarded as one of the cornerstones of contemporary society, including in construction equipment market - is permanently monitored by all providers, regardless of their scale. Another important key word on this event is represented by the term "compact", with all its meanings.
